Graduates from our PEBIS Exploration (See Explorations offered) have the opportunity to apply for membership to our Entrepreneurial mentorship program. This program is designed to provide graduates with the opportunity to raise business issues specific to them directly to our facilitators via email or web forum (the latter to be introduced in the near future). They can obtain ongoing advice and continue to further explore areas of personal development.
2. Mentorship : Specialised (Building and Construction)
In addition to the Entrepreneurial development mentorship program, a specialized mentorship opportunity exists for entrepreneurs operating in the construction and related industry. This mentorship program is aimed at start-up or mature businesses (emerging market) that seek guidance in the ongoing management of projects tendered. The program is not merely mentorship but is also aimed at developing the specialist skills required in construction to manage projects from the tendering stage through to project closure.
